Water Company started in July and has on 2 occasions sent out Cross-Connection Surveys. As of December 23, 2020, we still have 8 Shareholders/Property Owners that have failed to return a survey. Approx.. 80 labor hours has been spent trying to make contact with shareholders that did not respond to either Survey’s, and a fair amount of $$ spent on postage and supplies to send out multiple mailers/return mailers. Remember to keep the Water Company informed of changes to your contact information: Phone Number/Address/E-Mail, so we can maintain communications of issues and changes to your water company.
